Benjamin Leroux’s 2016 Meursault 1er Cru Les Genevrières (Dessous) is a Côte de Beaune white made from 100% Chardonnay sourced from the lower section of the Genevrières climat in Meursault. The wine typically shows ripe orchard fruit and white-flower aromas supported by a chalky, mineral-driven frame and lively acidity, reflecting Leroux’s domaine approach to this premier-cru site.
