Description

The Cuvée La Pythie 2018 by Benoît Déhu is a Brut Nature Blanc de Noirs Champagne from the Vallée de la Marne, produced in the village of Fossoy. The cuvée is made from 100% Pinot Meunier, frequently released as a single-barrel or single-parcel selection, and shows a concentrated, structured profile. It is vinified with minimal dosage and bottle ageing to highlight the vineyard character typical of Déhu’s Meunier expressions.
