Description

A saignée rosé from Benoît Déhu’s single parcel ‘La Rue des Noyers’ in the Grande Vallée de la Marne. Made from 100% Pinot Meunier, it is fermented with native yeasts and matured in barrels and foudre. The wine is dry and focused, released without dosage (Brut Nature) and without malolactic fermentation. The cuvée reflects the character of old vines on the site and the producer’s organic/biodynamic vineyard practices.
