Description

Antichtone is Benoît Ente’s Bourgogne Aligoté cuvée, produced entirely from the Aligoté grape and sourced from small parcels around Puligny‑Montrachet. The wine blends three parcels — two planted by the producer's grandfather in 1949 and 1953, and a third planted by Benoît in 2002 — trained in cordon de Royat. Vinification is extended, with passages in wood, glass and stainless steel; the wine represents a regional expression of Aligoté from the Côte d’Or.
