Description

Benoît Lahaye’s Rosé de Maceration is a rosé sparkling wine from the Montagne de Reims made exclusively from Pinot Noir. The cuvée is produced by whole‑bunch skin maceration, a technique that brings structure and notes of red fruit and floral tones. The grapes come from organically farmed vines with a biodynamic approach around Bouzy. The wine shows concentrated aromatics and a texture suited to gastronomic pairings.
