Description

Violaine 2020 from Benoît Lahaye is a single-vintage Grand Cru cuvée sourced from plots in Bouzy and Tauxières. The wine is a 50/50 blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and is released as a Brut Nature with no dosage. The producer follows organic/biodynamic practices; the wine is aged in barrels with an extended lees period and vinified without added sulfur. It is produced in limited quantities and aims to express the Montagne de Reims terroir.
