Description

Bérêche et Fils' Brut Réserve is a non-vintage cuvée from the family's estate in Ludes, in the Montagne de Reims (Champagne). The blend combines Champagne's three principal grapes — Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier — and incorporates a substantial proportion of reserve wines to add depth and consistency across releases. Winemaking includes partial élevage in wood and extended lees ageing prior to disgorgement.
