Description

The Campania Remensis 2020 from Bérêche et Fils is a vintage rosé Champagne presented in an Extra Brut style from the Montagne de Reims. The blend is led by Pinot Noir, accompanied by Chardonnay and a small portion of Pinot Meunier. Aromas of red berries, rose petal and subtle spice lead to a dry, taut palate with mineral salinity. Best served well chilled, it pairs nicely with seafood and white meat dishes.
