A 2020 vintage Blanc de Blancs from Bérêche et Fils, growers in Ludes on the Montagne de Reims, made only from Chardonnay in the Grand Cru of Cramant on the Côte des Blancs. It ferments in oak casks and rests on its lees in bottle for at least 54 months before disgorgement, with an Extra Brut dosage. Floral, creamy and toasty notes meet crisp freshness.
