Description

Bérêche et Fils’ Mailly-Champagne is a Grand Cru Champagne made entirely from Pinot Noir, originating on the northern side of the Montagne de Reims. Mature vines root in clay and chalk soils. Fermentation takes place in barrels, followed by maturation of the wine on its fine lees. The second fermentation and subsequent lees ageing take place in bottle under cork. Extra Brut dosage accompanies a cuvée dedicated to the expression of Mailly, within the work of brothers Raphaël and Vincent on Champagne’s individual vineyard origins.
