Description

Reflet d'Antan preserves the memory of successive harvests through a perpetual reserve started by Jean-Pierre Bérêche in 1985. Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay meet in 600-litre barrels, from which a portion is drawn each year and replaced with wine from the new harvest. Time thus becomes an ingredient of the blend. Bottle maturation under cork and hand disgorgement complete an approach that favours complexity and depth. The cuvée's character emerges from the dialogue between wines of different ages, retaining freshness alongside the richness and substance developed through this distinctive system.
