Description

Campania Remensis takes the ancient name of the countryside around Reims and is Bérêche's rosé rooted in the vineyards of Ormes. The grapes come from Les Montées, with sandy soils and old vines planted by the brothers' maternal grandmother. Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay are completed by a small addition of red wine. Maturation in wood and on the lees supports the pursuit of a vinous, precise texture. The juicy, saline character described by the importer across releases gives the cuvée a gastronomic orientation closely connected with the origin of its grapes.
