Description

Berlucchi ’61 Nature interprets vintage Franciacorta through a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from estate vineyards. The selection of grapes and base wines begins a process in which time plays a decisive role: fermentation in bottle is followed by at least five years of ageing. The zero-dosage approach allows the cuvée’s character to emerge without added dosage syrup. Conceived as a Franciacorta for the table, it can accompany substantial first courses, fish cooked in sauce, meat dishes and cheeses, including mature examples with a pronounced flavour.
