Description

Berlucchi ’61 Nature Rosé honours the house’s history of traditional-method rosé. It is made from Pinot Noir, vinified both as a white wine and, for a small portion, as a red through contact with the skins. The cuvée brings together wines from the same harvest and undergoes fermentation in bottle, followed by extended maturation on the lees. Zero dosage emphasises its dry style. Freshness, structure and a gentle tannic texture make it suitable for the table with full-flavoured cured meats, meat-based first courses and cheeses, including long-matured examples.
