Description

Made by Guido Berlucchi, this Franciacorta Millesimato Nature 2018 is a zero-dosage vintage cuvée composed of Chardonnay (70%) and Pinot Noir (30%). Matured on the lees for at least five years in bottle, it shows citrus and white-flesh fruit aromas with delicate brioche notes. On the palate it is fresh, balanced and structured, finishing with savory persistence. It pairs well with filled pastas, poached fish and medium-aged cheeses.
