Description

The Bernard Faurie Hermitage Greffieux‑Bessards‑Méal 2020 is a red wine from the Hermitage appellation in the Rhône, produced by Bernard Faurie. It is made principally from Syrah grown on the Greffieux, Les Bessards and Le Méal lieux‑dits, coming from very old, low‑yielding vines. The wine shows a concentrated, structured profile with firm tannins and mineral character from the granite soils, and offers potential for medium to long‑term bottle ageing. Production is extremely limited, reflecting the small size of Faurie’s domaine.
