Description

Bernhard Ott Ried STEIN Engabrunn is a single-vineyard Grüner Veltliner from the Ried Stein site near Engabrunn in the Kamptal. It is harvested by hand, undergoes spontaneous fermentation and basket-pressing, and is aged for two winters in large Stockinger oak casks before bottling. Aromas of yellow fruit, mango and citrus zest lead to a concentrated, mineral palate with lively acidity and a long, saline finish.
