Enfant de la Montagne is a Premier Cru cuvée from Bertrand-Delespierre, sourced in the Montagne de Reims. It is a non-vintage Champagne blended from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier and produced with a low dosage (Extra Brut style). The wine shows a fresh, saline structure with citrus and yeasty notes and a fine mousse.
