Description

Made by Bertrand-Delespierre, L'Ame de 1er Cru Extra Brut 2015 is a vintage Champagne produced from Premier Cru vineyards in the Montagne de Reims. The cuvée is sourced from the villages of Chamery, Écueil and Villedommange and is composed of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Presented as an Extra Brut, the wine is vinified in the classic method and undergoes extended ageing on the lees typical of the estate's vintage releases.
