Description

The 2023 Soffocone di Vincigliata from Bibi Graetz is a Toscana IGT red made solely from Sangiovese grapes grown in the Vincigliata vineyard near Fiesole. It is a single-vineyard wine vinified using traditional methods and matured in large oak casks to highlight the site's terroir. Aromas of red fruit and spice are complemented by a structured palate with lively acidity and balanced tannins. Pairs well with red meats and classic Tuscan dishes.
