A commemorative Blanc de Blancs released by Billecart‑Salmon to mark 50 years of collaboration with importer Velier. The 2010 vintage is made entirely from Chardonnay sourced from the Grand Crus of the Côte des Blancs (Chouilly, Cramant, Oiry, Oger). Extended lees aging (about 126 months) and a low dosage contribute to its structure, finesse and a fresh finish.
