Billecart-Salmon's Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru, from the house in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, is made solely from Chardonnay grown in five Grand Cru villages of the Côte des Blancs: Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger. It blends wines from two vintages, each plot vinified separately. The Champagne is taut and mineral, with white fruit, almond and white flowers.
