Bisson’s 'Abissi' Portofino Metodo Classico Dosage Zero (2019) is a Portofino DOC sparkling wine made from indigenous Ligurian grapes. It is produced with the traditional méthode classique and released as a dosage-zero bottling. The cuvée is aged on the lees for at least 18 months at roughly 60 meters depth in the Ligurian Sea (Baia del Silenzio) as part of the producer’s Abissi method. The wine shows fine effervescence with saline and mineral tones reflecting its maritime aging.
