Description

Bisson’s “Abissi” 2019 is a Metodo Classico Riserva, dosage-zero sparkling wine from the Portofino DOC in Liguria. The wine is made mainly from local grape varieties — Bianchetta Genovese, Vermentino and Pigato — and undergoes a period of sea-ageing on the seabed off Portofino. Traditional bottle fermentation and marine ageing shape it as a coastal expression marked by freshness and saline mineral notes.
