Description

Blandy's Bual 1957 is a vintage Madeira of medium-rich sweet style made primarily from the Bual (Boal) grape. The wine was aged for 60 years in seasoned American oak casks, developing complex aromas of dried fig, toffee, candied citrus, nuts and spice. On the palate it is concentrated and expansive yet sustained by lively acidity that preserves freshness and balance. Decanting before serving is recommended to remove any possible sediment.
