Description

The 2023 Meursault Vieilles Vignes from Domaine Guy Bocard is a white Meursault made entirely from old-vine Chardonnay. The grapes come from historic parcels on the northern side of the village (including Durots, Dressoles and Malpoiriers) on clay-limestone soils. Winemaking uses indigenous yeasts and élevage in oak (on fine lees with a share of new barrels); the wine shows honeyed aromatics, toasty notes and a saline touch on the palate.
