Description

Sin Azufre began as Piero Incisa della Rocchetta's personal project within Bodega Chacra in Argentine Patagonia. Its Pinot Noir comes from a particular section of the Cincuenta y Cinco vineyard, cultivated according to organic and biodynamic principles. The approach relies on close observation and the grower's judgement, seeking to leave the character of the fruit and its place clearly recognisable. The cuvée belongs to an estate philosophy that values old vineyards and measured intervention. Rather than following a standard formula, it represents an artisanal exploration of Pinot Noir and the expressive possibilities of this Patagonian site.
