Description

La Loma y Los Santos brings together two vineyards and two white varieties, Macabeo and Garnacha Blanca. Bodegas Frontonio seeks the freshness of the former and the texture of the latter, while retaining a connection to their individual origins. The parcels lie between roughly 480 and 610 metres above sea level, on soils that include limestone, clay and slate. Hand harvesting, indigenous yeasts and ageing in wood accompany the winemaking. The white wine builds its balance through the complementary qualities of its vineyards and grapes, rather than relying on a single variety alone.
