Description
Nas Dunas is Bodegas Fulcro's Albariño from a small parcel in Arra, close to the Atlantic Ocean. Its name refers to the dunes and to the vineyard's soils, where quartz sand and schist give the site an identity distinct from other white-wine origins in the area. Old vines and proximity to the sea lie at the heart of the cuvée. Winemaking involves whole-cluster pressing and spontaneous fermentation, followed by maturation on the lees in used French oak. The wine then rests in bottle before release.
