Description

O Equilibrio is Bodegas Fulcro's Albariño from the coastal Val do Salnés area of Rías Baixas. Manuel Moldes's project retains the small-scale spirit of its beginnings, prioritising the character of vineyards near the Atlantic between Sanxenxo and Meaño. The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed, followed by spontaneous fermentation without malolactic conversion. Maturation in oak helps shape a profile in which pronounced acidity meets a full, deep palate. The relationship between this lively tension and a substantial texture is central to the cuvée's distinctive personality.
