Boizel’s Brut Réserve is a signature Champagne cuvée from the house. It is a non-vintage blend made mainly of Pinot Noir (40%), Chardonnay (35%) and Pinot Meunier (25%), aged about 3 years on the lees. Aromas of white blossoms and stone fruit lead to a fresh, balanced palate with a rich finish.
