Description

Boizel’s Cuvée Sous Bois 2000 is a vintage Champagne from the Épernay area, traditionally vinified in older oak barrels. The blend is led by Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with Pinot Meunier also present. Oak élevage contributes to a structured profile with evolved aromas of pastry, butter and dried nuts. This cuvée is suited to pairing with refined dishes and can continue to develop with cellar ageing.
