Description

The Boizel Joyau Extra Brut 2008 is a vintage Champagne produced from grapes sourced exclusively from Premier and Grand Cru vineyards. The cuvée is dominated by Pinot Noir with Chardonnay in support, and it undergoes extended lees ageing characteristic of the Joyau range. Presented in an extra-brut style with low dosage, it highlights structure, finesse and mineral tension. It pairs well with structured fish dishes and white meats.
