La Côte Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru brings together Chardonnay from grands and premiers crus in the Côte des Blancs. Boizel builds the blend around the personalities of Chouilly, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Avize and Vertus, seeking a meeting of finesse, structure and breadth. Reserve wines and time on lees contribute to the cuvée’s continuity and maturation. The house’s description evokes acacia blossom and hawthorn, citrus, almond and brioche notes. On the palate, a silky texture accompanies a mineral character and a fresh, persistent finish, giving Chardonnay an expression that is both delicate and layered.
