Description

Rosé Absolu interprets the Boizel style through a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier. Its colour comes from a small addition of red Pinot Noir wine from Cumières and Les Riceys, two reference points for Champagne’s tradition of still red wines. Reserve wines and maturation on lees contribute to the cuvée’s balance. The house describes wild strawberry, cherry and raspberry aromas, accompanied by citrus and gently spicy accents. The palate combines freshness, roundness and a satin-like texture, supported by fine bubbles and an elegantly persistent finish that carries the wine’s fruit-driven character.
