Bolieuâs CuvĂ©e Carnet de LĂ©one Extra Brut is a non-vintage Blanc de Blancs from the house in Bassuet, in the CĂŽte des Blancs, made entirely from Chardonnay. It is an Extra Brut Champagne with fine perlage and a fresh, mineral profile typical of the regionâs chalky soils.
