Bolieu’s Cuvée Fleur de Craie is a Blanc de Blancs Brut from Champagne made primarily from Chardonnay. It shows a fresh, mineral-driven profile with white fruit and floral hints and bright acidity that supports a persistent finish. Sold as a non-vintage cuvée, it works well as an aperitif and with fish- and seafood-based dishes.
