A 2008 vintage cuvée from Maison Bolieu, grown in Bassuet within the Côteaux Vitryats area of Champagne. It is a Blanc de Blancs made from 100% Chardonnay and released as a Brut Nature (pas dosé). The wine is characterized by freshness and mineral drive, with citrus hints and complexity gained during lees ageing.
