Description
PN AYC21 is a Champagne cuvée from Bollinger made entirely from Pinot Noir, drawn mainly from the Aÿ (Aÿ‑Champagne) cru. It is presented as a Brut with a moderate dosage (8 g/L) and cellar ageing well above the minimum required by the appellation. Aromatically it shows ripe yellow fruit, pastry notes and almond/toasted aromas; on the palate it combines creaminess with lively acidity and a citrus-tinged finish. The blend uses 2021 as its base year while incorporating reserve wines for added depth.
