Description

PN TX20 is a Champagne cuvée from Maison Bollinger produced as a blanc de noirs from 100% Pinot Noir. The blend is built around a 2020 base year and includes more than 25% reserve wines (including contributions from 2008 and 2012), with the Tauxières cru as the primary source. It has a moderate dosage (8 g/L) and is cellar-aged in bottle for longer than the appellation minimum. On the palate it shows depth and vinosity balanced by an elegant texture and subtle mineral notes.
