PN VZ19 belongs to the Blanc de Noirs series in which Bollinger, the Aÿ house, showcases a single Pinot Noir cru: here Verzenay on the Montagne de Reims, with the 2019 harvest as its base enriched by reserve wines. After long ageing on the lees it is broad and structured, with ripe fruit, dried figs and toasty notes.
