Description

Special Cuvée Brut is Bollinger’s signature non-vintage Champagne from Aÿ in the Champagne region of France. It is a Brut NV blend dominated by Pinot Noir (about 60%), with Chardonnay (25%) and Pinot Meunier (15%), and the blend incorporates more than 85% Grand and Premier crus together with reserve wines. The cuvée reflects Bollinger’s fuller, structured house style, supported by oak-fermented base wines and long use of reserve stocks.
