Description
Les Versants Réserve from Bonnaire is a non‑vintage Champagne blended from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The base wines are sourced from parcels across the Côte des Blancs (Cramant, Cuis, Bergères‑les‑Vertus), the Vallée de la Marne (Fossoy) and the Montagne de Reims (Bouzy). The cuvée shows fine bubbles, bright freshness and a balanced structure that highlights the chalky mineral character of the Chardonnay alongside the body contributed by the pinots. It is a multi‑terroir expression from the Bonnaire estate, suitable for relatively early drinking while preserving a clear sense of identity.
