Description

Le Jour 2022 from Bonnet‑Ponson is a single‑vineyard Champagne made entirely from Pinot Meunier sourced from the “Le Jour” parcel in Vrigny (Premier Cru). The 2022 harvest was fermented in 400 L barrels using indigenous yeasts, completed malolactic fermentation and was produced without added sulfites. Bottled as a zero‑dosage (0 g/L) wine, the cuvée expresses the clay‑silt over chalk terroir and the character of the mature vines.
