Description
Petit Mélange is a Champagne from Maison Bonnet‑Ponson, made from parcels in Vrigny, Chamery and Coulommes on the Petite Montagne de Reims. The cuvée is dominated by Petit Meslier and complemented by Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, with small amounts of Pinot Blanc, Arbanne and Pinot Gris. It is vinified without added sulfites and fermented/aged in 1,000 L gres eggs; the declared dosage is 0 g/L (Brut Nature). The wine shows a dry, terroir-driven profile with freshness and mineral tension characteristic of the Petite Montagne de Reims.
