Description
The Borgo del Tiglio Collio Sauvignon 2022 is a dry white wine from the Collio appellation, produced from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the estate’s Collio vineyards. Aromas of white-fleshed fruit and herbaceous notes are supported by lively acidity and a structure that allows the wine to age gracefully. Fermentation/aging takes place in small oak vessels to enhance aromatic complexity. It pairs well with seafood, shellfish and soft cheeses.
