Borgogno's Barolo Cannubi, from the historic winery in the village of Barolo, comes from the famous Cannubi hill. It ferments spontaneously in concrete tanks, then matures four years in Slavonian and French oak casks and six months in bottle. The 2020 is juicy and broad, with raspberry, blackberry, cinchona, tobacco and a balsamic finish.
