Description

Bouchard Père & Fils Bourgogne Pinot Noir comes from selected grapes sourced mainly in the Côte de Beaune, including Beaune, Chorey-lès-Beaune, Savigny, Santenay and Maranges. This regional red places the variety’s fruit character at the centre of its expression. Hand harvesting and bunch selection are followed by fermentation in small vessels, gentle pressing and maturation in French oak barrels. Ripe cherry, raspberry and redcurrant shape the bouquet. The palate has a fleshy texture, bringing fruit and tannins together in an approachable style with a clear Pinot Noir identity.
