Description

A Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru from old vines in Avize and Cramant, made entirely from Chardonnay. The cuvée is vinified in oak demi‑muids and offered as Extra‑Brut with a dosage of 1.6 g/L; the base wine is assembled from the 2017 and 2018 harvests. This non‑vintage (NV) bottling was tiraged in April 2019 and disgorged in August 2022, produced in very small quantities.
