BD'M is a cuvĂ©e from BourgeoisâDiaz made in the VallĂ©e de la Marne (CrouttesâsurâMarne). It is a nonâvintage Brut Nature Champagne produced entirely from Pinot Meunier, with an average lees aging of about 30 months. It shows bergamot and pastry aromas; on the palate the wine shows freshness and a savory energy characteristic of oldâvine Meunier.
